We will discuss the position specifications and “must haves”—key criteria and requirements for which we will screen to identify and select appropriate targets and candidates.

02. Search Execution Strategy

We provide a detailed search execution strategy that outlines our specific approach for the search, the candidate sources to target, geographic areas to pursue, and specific methods we will use to successfully execute the search.

03. Contact Tracking List

The Contact Tracking List document presented to our clients identifies companies, locations, and individuals, along with titles, that we intend to target for specific positions.

04. Candidate Appraisal

After each interview, we provide a detailed candidate appraisal that outlines all pertinent career information. The recruiting strategy of the appraisal identifies motivating factors and the issues relevant to the candidates.

05. Weekly Search Summary

A detailed search summary is provided to your hiring team on a weekly basis. This summary provides a "snapshot" overview of the candidate pipeline, the overall search status, and action items for both CareerSMITH and our clients.

06. Background Check Reports

A complete background check report is conducted for each candidate presented.

07. Behavioral Assessments

We use a variety of tools to assess and evaluate candidates on behavioral criteria, including the Watson Glaser, CPI 260, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and others, gauging the candidate’s potential suitability and success in the position.

08. Reference Report

For the finalist candidate chosen by our clients, we provide a detailed reference report. This report includes a transcript of our discussions with third party references provided by the candidate.

09. Negotiation and Closing

We work closely with our client partners to extend an offer and successfully negotiate with the chosen candidate, facilitating a smooth transition and on-boarding process.
